I think, therefore I am.

There is a power that lies in decisions that we sometimes forget to acknowledge. I decide what I eat today. I decide what I drink today. I decide what I do today.

I choose to eat this ben and jerry's amazing melt in you mouth cookie dough ice-cream. I choose to drink this soy carmel latte. I choose to laugh out loud and smile from ear to ear. I choose to go to work. I choose who I work for. I have choosen my path in life. Sometimes I don't have to do anything...I forget that sometimes. I don't have to do anything...I don't want to do.

We don't have to hit the gym to burn off indulging on that mouth watering cookid dough ice-cream or soy carmel latte. We don't have to smile at anyone...we can choose to sulk and moan and complain about every little thing that isn't going our way or going exactly as planned....we don't have to go to work...heck...we don't have to even get out of bed!!! You know that what I am saying is true!

Believe in yourself, in others, in the power of your dreams. No one else will believe them...in you...if you don't! You choose who you listen...you choose who to talk to...you choose who and what you fill your life with...you choose what success looks like...only you can choose the life you lead...
